Our new bed part is being shipped out Monday. I can't wait that long! Maybe we just have bad bed karma.

I know I want that house sooooo bad. And it's just a mile away from the new four lane so it's really not in a bad location. I think if you had the time and money you could come out alright in the end if you could get the land for next to nothing.
I am terrible about waiting for things to be shipped, although making purchases Ebay has helped me a little. Those seem to take forever sometimes because I always pay with a money order.
