The trials and tribulations of computer illiteracy

So before heading into work tonight I got the FTP suggested by my internet provider downloaded. When I returned from work I tried moving the site over to their location with no luck what-so-ever. But I'm kinda wondering if it's a problem on their end since I can't seem to get their webpage loaded for the on-line help desk either.

But tomorrow is a new day. Well actually by now it is tomorrow so I had better get some sleep so I can conquer this problem bright and early in the afternoon. I love second shift.
